Creamy Chicken sandwich recipe | Fried chicken sandwich By Food and The ...
I love this recipe of chicken sandwich. I hope you also like this. the chicken filling recipe is very tasty and multiuser. Try this Ramadan and treat your family with this deliciousness.
ingredients for chicken filling
boneless chicken 1/2 kg
(boil with some salt & black pepper and then shred)
oil 2 to 3 tbsp
chopped onion 2 large
all purpose flour 1/4 cup
milk 3/4 cup
salt 1 tsp or as per your taste
red chili flakes 2 tsp
coriander powder 1 tbsp
cumin seeds or powder 1 tsp
black pepper powder 1 tsp
green chili sliced 2
coriander leaves 3 tbsp
ketchup 1 tbsp
more ingredients
bread 1 large
ketchup
6 eggs
heat oil in a woke add in onions fry until translucent then add in flour and cook for 4 to 5 mints.
then add in shredded chicken and all spices except black pepper powder mix well and then add milk and cook for a minute or so. until it becomes thick or lumpy.
cool completely
now mix in black pepper powder,coriander and chilies.
take 2 bread slices spread 1 tbsp ketchup on each slice then chicken filling cover with 2nd slice....prepare all in same way and then cut in triangles
(you can keep in refrigerator after this step and when you want to serve or eat then you can fry then or toast them or even can make in sandwich maker)
then dip in beaten egg and deep fry until nice and golden.

چکن بھرنے کے لئے اجزاء
بغیر ہڈی مرغی 1/2 کلوگرام (تھوڑا سا نمک اور کالی مرچ ڈال کر ابالیں)
تیل 2 سے 3 کھانے کے چمچ
کٹی پیاز 2 بڑی
میدہ 1/4 کپ
دودھ 3/4 کپ
نمک 1 چائے کا چمچ یا آپ کے ذائقہ کے مطابق
سرخ مرچ 2 چائے کا چمچ
دھنیا پاؤڈر 1 چمچ
زیرہ یا پاؤڈر 1 چائے کا چمچ
کالی مرچ پاؤڈر 1 چائے کا چمچ
ہری مرچ کٹی ہوئی 2
دھنیا 3 چمچ
کیچپ 1 چمچ
ڈبل روٹی 1 بڑی
کیچپ
6 انڈے
گرم تیل میں ہلکی آنچ میں پیاز بھون لیں میدہ شامل کریں اور پھر 4 سے 5 منٹ تک پکائیں۔ پھر ریشہ کی ہوئی مرغی ڈال دیں اور کالی مرچ کے پاؤڈر کے علاوہ تمام مصالحوں کو اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں اور پھر دودھ ڈالیں اور ایک منٹ کے لئے پکائیں۔ جب تک کہ یہ گاڑھا ہوجائے۔ مکمل طور پر ٹھنڈا کریں اب کالی مرچ پاؤڈر ، دھنیا اور ہری مرچ اور کیچپ مکس کریں۔ ہر ایک ڈبل روٹی کے سلائسیں پر 1 چمچ کیچپ پھیلائیں پھر چکن لگائیں اور دوسرے سلائس کے ساتھ ڈھانپ دیں .... تمام کو اسی طرح تیار کریں اور تکون کاٹ لیں (اس مرحلے کے بعد آپ ریفریجریٹر میں رکھ سکتے ہیں اور جب آپ خدمت کرنا چاہتے ہیں یا کھانا چاہتے ہیں تو آپ اسے فرائی کر سکتے ہیں یا ان کو ٹوسٹ کر سکتے ہیں یا یہاں تک کہ سینڈوچ بنانے والے میں بھی بنا سکتے ہیں) پھر پھینٹے ہوئے انڈے میں ڈوبیں اور اچھی اور سنہری ہونے تک فرائی کر لیں۔

Sister's Birthday Chocolate cake By Food and The Foodie
This is a rich and moist chocolate cake. It only takes a few minutes to prepare the batter. I frost it with chocolate ganache.

ingredients:
1 & 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoons baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 2 eggs 1 cup milk ½ cup vegetable oil 2 teaspoons vanilla essence 1 cup brewed coffeeinstructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease and dust coco powder two nine inch round pans. all ingredients should be at room temperature. In a large bowl, Sieve & stir together the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla, mix for 2 minutes on medium speed of mixer or with hand whisk. Stir in the brewed coffee in 2 to 3 batches. Batter will be thin. Pour evenly into the prepared pans. Bake 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until the cake tests done with a toothpick. Cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.ingredients for ganache:
whipping cream 250 ml dark chocolate 250 grams heat cream in a pan on medium low flame. be careful while heating cream it shouldn't burn or boil. when small bubbles started to appear remove from heat and pour over chopped chocolate. stir well until all chocolate dissolved. cool completely. keep it in refrigerator for an hour then beat it. you can use as it is if don't want to whip. decorate as you wish.Wednesday, 10 March 2021

ingredients:
cream 400 ml (I used "Milk pack" you can use any that is available to you.....beat it with some milk to make it pourable, like 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup) bananas 6 jelly 2 packet (raspberry & banana flavor, you can use any of your favorite flavor) crushed biscuits 2 packet (hlaf roll, 230 grams) raisins 4 tablespoon almonds 4 tablespoon sliced That's it just layer as shown in video, chill it, serve and enjoy😋😋 variation: you can top it with caramel sauce also, I usually use it but today I was out of this that's why didn't use😜Wednesday, 17 February 2021
Ultimate Zinger burger with my special burger sauce by Food and The Foodie
ingredients;
chicken thighs boneless 1 kg salt 1 tablespoon red chili powder 1 tablespoon ginger and garlic powder half tsp each chicken tikka masala 1 tablespoon all purpose flour and chilled water for coating cabbage, salad leaves and burger sauce for assemblyinstructions;
soak chicken in water and 1/4 cup of vinegar for 20 minutes. drain well. marinade with all mentioned spices and leave for 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator. coat chicken in all purpose flour very well by pressing with your hand. then dip in chilled water and again in flour. keep your hands separate for dry and wet ingredients to minimize mess. deep fry in hot oil on medium flame for 5 to 7 minutes from both sides.ingredients for special burger sauce;
jalapeño 1/4 cup finely chopped garlic clove 1 finely chopped mayonnaise 1/2 cup ketchup 1/2 cup yogurt 1/2 cup salt 1/4 tsp salt black pepper powder 1/4 tsp oregano 1/8 tsp mix all ingredients in a clean bowl, sauce is ready to use.assembly;

Baked Cheesecake recipe | without oven | with homemade cream cheese supe...
This baked cheesecake recipe is very simple, easy, smooth and creamy. Best thing about this cheesecake is, I made it without oven and with my homemade cream cheese; results are perfect MaShaAllah ❤️ I hope you all will like, please do try and give me your feedback 😊
ingredients for base;
digestive biscuits 200 grams melted butter 3 tablespooningredients for cheesecake;
cream cheese 1 and 1/4 cup cream 100 ml ( I used Olpers cream ) condensed milk half tin ( 7 ounces ) cornflour 1 tablespoon eggs 2 orange zest 1/2 teaspoonfor base:
add biscuits in a food processor, chop them finely mix in butter, Pour into a 6-inch springform pan and pack in very tightly. The tighter it’s packed, the less likely it will fall apart when cutting the cheesecake. I used tablespoon to pack it into the bottom and up the sides. You can watch me do this in the video above. Freeze for 10-20 minutes as you prepare the filling.for filling:
add all ingredients in blender. blend them well and pour over biscuit base. and bake it in your preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. I baked it in my pot. fill the base of your pot with pebbles or sand or salt ; cover with lid and preheat for 20 minutes on medium low flame. then bake your cheesecake for 30 minutes on low heat. cool completely, for at least 6 to 8 hours or overnight in refrigerator. next morning loose the sides of your spring form pan and remove it in a plate and cut it into slices.you need only 1 ingredient for homemade cream cheese:
yogurt 1 kg Lay a cheesecloth over a large bowl. Pour the yogurt into the cloth. Let it strain.
