Baked Cheesecake recipe | without oven | with homemade cream cheese supe...
This baked cheesecake recipe is very simple, easy, smooth and creamy. Best thing about this cheesecake is, I made it without oven and with my homemade cream cheese; results are perfect MaShaAllah ❤️ I hope you all will like, please do try and give me your feedback 😊
cream cheese 1 and 1/4 cup
cream 100 ml ( I used Olpers cream )
condensed milk half tin ( 7 ounces )
cornflour 1 tablespoon
eggs 2
orange zest 1/2 teaspoon
for base:
add biscuits in a food processor, chop them finely mix in butter, Pour into a 6-inch springform pan and pack in very tightly. The tighter it’s packed, the less likely it will fall apart when cutting the cheesecake. I used tablespoon to pack it into the bottom and up the sides. You can watch me do this in the video above. Freeze for 10-20 minutes as you prepare the filling.
for filling:
add all ingredients in blender.
blend them well and pour over biscuit base.
and bake it in your preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
I baked it in my pot.
fill the base of your pot with pebbles or sand or salt ; cover with lid and preheat for 20 minutes on medium low flame.
then bake your cheesecake for 30 minutes on low heat.
cool completely, for at least 6 to 8 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
next morning loose the sides of your spring form pan and remove it in a plate and cut it into slices.
you need only 1 ingredient for homemade cream cheese:
yogurt 1 kg
Lay a cheesecloth over a large bowl. Pour the yogurt into the cloth. Let it strain.
Squeeze the yogurt as much as possible to drain any last drop of the liquid.
hang it in refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours or overnight as shown in video.
and then use; simple as that 😊
