Chickpeas (White chana) 2 cups (Un soaked)
Onion 2 big
Garlic 10 to 12 cloves
Cumin seeds 1 tablespoons
Green chilies 10 to 12
Coriander leaves1 bunch
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Sesame seed 1 tablespoons
Salt 1 tablespoons
Water 1/4 cup
Instructions:
Soak grams (chana) in water over night.
In morning discard water, again wash & fine chopperized with all other ingredients except sesame seeds ,salt and baking powder.
Use water while chopperizing.
Take out mixture in a bowl mix salt & sesame seed.
Add baking powder just before frying.
Now make falafel in ur desired shape.
Usually these are in round shape.
Deep fry on medium flame till nice golden.
Serve with salad filled pitas and any of your favorite sauce.
