Best Authentic Arabic Shawarma | Middle eastern chicken shawarma with ho...

Shawarma (شاورما‎) is a dish in Middle Eastern cuisine consisting of meat cut into thin slices, stacked in a cone-like shape, and roasted on a slowly-turning vertical rotisserie or spit.

Today i am sharing with you chicken shawarma recipe. And I tried to show you authentic Arabic shawarma at home with the same techniques; like restaurant. I baked chicken fillets in oven by stacking them on skewers. and then shave them with knife as they do in restaurant 😉 and fill it in my homemade al-saj bread ( Arabic shawarma bread) and cucumber, onion and cabbage pickle. Do try and let me know how it is. At my home everyone liked it.

in future I'll share this shaved shawarma chicken recipe without oven so stay connected 😊
