Chocolate Eggless cake with fat free frosting | in 5 minutes | no Cake p...



Today I am sharing an effortless, eggless cake recipe. That is without eggs, butter, chocolate and cake pan. I made it in microwave oven in just 5 minutes. cake is very soft, quick easy and yummy.

and the frosting is also very handy; that I made in no time; fat free without cream without chocolate without butter add so let's get started;

ingredients for eggless & effortless chocolate cake

powdered sugar 1/2 cup oil 1/3 cup vanilla essence 1 tsp yogurt 1/4 cup milk 3/4 cup all purpose flour 1 cup coco powder 2 tbsp. baking powder 2 tsp salt a pinch in a clean bowl add sugar, oil & vanilla mix well. add in yogurt mix it. pour milk and mix well. sift in flour, coco & baking powder. mix well but don't over mix. mix in salt and pour the batter in any microwave safe container lined with butter paper. I used round 8" bowl. put it in microwave for 5 to 6 minutes on high power. remove from pan. cool completely on a wire rack. then frost it and enjoy.

ingredients for frosting:

sugar 1/2 cup coco powder 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup corn starch / cornflour 2 tbsp. instant coffee powder 1 tsp (optional) mix all ingredients with whisk in a pan. cook on low heat until sugar dissolve and it starts to thicken. remove from heat. cool completely. pour over cake decorate with some flaked almonds & enjoy. #egglesscake #fatfreefrosting #foodandthefoodie Follow me on Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodandthefoodi... Best Authentic Arabic Shawarma | Middle eastern chicken shawarma with ho...


Shawarma (شاورما‎) is a dish in Middle Eastern cuisine consisting of meat cut into thin slices, stacked in a cone-like shape, and roasted on a slowly-turning vertical rotisserie or spit.

Today i am sharing with you chicken shawarma recipe. And I tried to show you authentic Arabic shawarma at home with the same techniques; like restaurant. I baked chicken fillets in oven by stacking them on skewers. and then shave them with knife as they do in restaurant 😉 and fill it in my homemade al-saj bread ( Arabic shawarma bread) and cucumber, onion and cabbage pickle. So let's get started with ingredients

ingredients;

chicken breast 1 kg yogurt 1 cup ginger garlic 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/4 cup black pepper powder half teaspoon coriander powder 1 tablespoon red chili powder 1 tablespoon all spice powder half teaspoon turmeric powder half teaspoon paprika powder 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon oil 4 tablespoon cumin powder 1 tablespoon ketchup 2 tablespoon Cut the chicken breast in thin slices as shown in the video. Take a bowl add all ingredients in it and marinate chicken. keep it in refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours or overnight. preheat your oven at 250°C. take a tray line with foil then cut a large potato as shown in video wrap it in foil. place in lined tray put wooden skewers in potato and stack marinated chicken on the skewer. wrap it with butter paper and then in foil and bake for 80 to 90 minutes.

Assemble:

spread some garlic sauce on bread then add chicken, pickles and ketchup; wrap it as shown, grill and enjoy.

ingredients for garlic sauce;

Arabic shawarma bread al Saj | khubz al shawarma shrak | markook |Rumali...


Saj bread is somewhat similar to markook shrek, but is much thinner and larger.A perfect bread for your arabic or Saudi shawarma.Saj bread (Arabic: خبز الصاج‎) Traditionally It is baked on a convex metal griddle (a saj) or in a tannour. This dough is unleavened and i made it with only flour, water, sugar and salt, and after kneading divided into round portions, (no need to leave for rest) flattened until it is thin then flipped onto the back of a woke (karahi) Simple as that;

ingredients:

all purpose flour 3 cup sugar 1 tbsp salt 1/2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp lukewarm water for kneading knead a soft dough with water. dough shouldn't too soft or too hard. divide the dough in 11 equal parts. make round balls. roll each ball very thin as shown in video ,as thin as you can. heat the back of a woke. cook on medium flame from both sides. wrap in kitchen towel. use when needed. #shawarmabread #khubzalsaj #foodandthefoodie Follow me on Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodandthefoodi... I made this ice cream cake with 3 layers of ice cream and 1 layer of chocolate cake.

chocolate cake recipe is effortless and eggless. you can made it in just 5 minutes in your microwave oven with very simple ingredients so let's get started;


ingredients for eggless & effortless chocolate cake

Start layering:

spread plastic wrap in a spring form round 8" cake pan. put cake then first layer of ice cream. freeze for 30 minutes. add 2nd layer of ice cream. again freeze for 30 minutes. add 3rd layer and freeze again. once all set, decorate with chocolate sauce. cut into slices & enjoy. How to make Spritz cookies by Food and The Foodie

Spritz cookies are a lot like sugar cookies.

Sugar cookies are shaped with cookie cutters and spritz cookies are shaped with a cookie press.

Light, crisp, and so yumm, these spritz cookies are a beloved holiday tradition. So good with a warm cup of tea, coffee, or hot chocolate!



Ingredients:

2 cups oil 1&1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 3 egg 4 cups all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon baking powder pinch of salt chocolate for decoration

Instructions:

Preheat the oven at 180°C. sieve flour, mix in baking powder and set aside. In a large bowl, beat oil and sugar together (about 5 minutes). Stir in the vanilla until incorporate. Add the egg and beat until smooth. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt, and stir together until just barely combined. Load the dough into a cookie press, and form shapes on baking sheets. no need to line or grease your baking tray. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until just beginning to turn golden around the edge

How to make Shami Kabab by Food and The Foodie

This is a very perfect and delicious recipe for shami kabab. i hope you will like this, try this recipe and let me know in the comments box about your experience.

ingredients:

oil 2 tbsp organic garlic a handful (you can use any) ginger 2" piece button red chili 20 to 25 coriander seeds 1 tbsp black pepper 1 tbsp bay leaves 3 to 4 black cardamom 4 cumin seeds 1 tbsp cloves 6 cinnamon 3 to 4 sticks anise star seeds 2 green cardamom 3 to 4 mince half kg split Bengal gram 2 cup(soaked for 30 minutes or 1 hour) salt 1 tbsp turmeric powder 1 tsp all spice powder 1/2 tsp water 3 to 4 glass coriander leaves 3 tbsp mint leaves 3 tbsp egg for coating

method:

in a woke add oil, ginger, garlic and all spices. fry them for couple of minutes. add in mince and cook until it changes it's color. it'll take 5 to 7 minutes. now add in water and split Bengal gram, salt, turmeric and all spice powder. mix well and let it cook on medium flame with lid on for 40 minutes or until gram tender. dry it completely, there shouldn't any moisture in it. cool completely. make fine paste in a chopper machine with coriander and mint leaves. give them shape. dip in egg and fry on a griddle until nice and golden.

key points:

dry the moisture completely. cool completely before grinding or making paste. suggestions: 1: you can freeze them after shaping (place then in single layer on a tray and freeze, after freezing put in a ziploc bag and freeze them) 2: you can add egg in the whole mixture after making paste and can fry as it is, rather than dipping every single Kabab in egg. choice is yours 😊

اجزاء: تیل 2 کھانے کے چمچ لہسن ایک مٹھی بھر (آپ کوئی بھی استعمال کرسکتے ہیں) ادرک 2 "ٹکڑا گول سرخ مرچ 20 سے 25 ثابت دھنیا 1 کھانے کاچمچ کالی مرچ 1 چائے کاچمچ تیز پات 3 سے 4 کالی الائچی 4 زیرہ 1 چمچ لونگ 6 دارچینی 3 سے 4 ٹکڑے بادیان کے پھول 2 سبز الائچی 3 سے 4 آدھا کلو قیمہ چنا دال 2 کپ (30 منٹ یا 1 گھنٹے کے لئے بھیگی) نمک 1 کھانے کا چمچ ہلدی پاؤڈر 1 چائے کاچمچ گرم مصالحہ پاؤڈر 1/2 چائے کا چمچ 3 سے 4 گلاس پانی دھنیا 3 چمچ پودینہ 3 چمچ کوٹنگ کے لئے انڈا طریقہ: ایک برتن میں تیل ، ادرک ، لہسن اور تمام مصالحے ڈالیں۔ انہیں دو منٹ تک پکائیں۔ قیمہ شامل کریں اور اس وقت تک پکائیں جب تک کہ اس کا رنگ تبدیل نہ ہو۔ اس میں 5 سے 7 منٹ لگیں گے۔ اب پانی شامل کریں اور دال ، نمک ، ہلدی اور گرم مصالحہ پاؤڈر ڈال دیں۔ اچھی طرح مکس کریں اور اس کو 40 منٹ یا دال گلنے تک ڑھک کر درمیانی آگ پر پکنے دیں۔ اسے مکمل طور پر خشک کریں ، اس میں کوئی نمی نہیں ہونی چاہئے۔ مکمل طور پر ٹھنڈا. ایک چاپر میں دھنیا اور پودینہ کے ساتھ باریک پیس لیں۔ انہیں شامی کباب کی شکل دو انڈے میں ڈبو کر گرم تیل میں توے پر اچھی اور سنہری ہونے تک فرائی کر لیں۔ اہم نکات: پانی کو مکمل طور پر خشک کریں۔ پیسنے یا پیسٹ بنانے سے پہلے مکمل ٹھنڈا کریں۔ تجاویز: 1: آپ انھیں بنانے کے بعد منجمد کرسکتے ہیں (پھر ایک ٹرے پر ایک پرت میں رکھیں اور منجمد کریں ، منجمد کرنے کے بعد زپلوک بیگ میں ڈالیں اور انہیں منجمد کریں) 2: آپ پیسٹ بنانے کے بعد پورے مکسچر میں انڈا ڈال سکتے ہیں اور انڈوں میں ہر ایک کباب کو ڈبوانے کے بجائے اسی طرح فرائی کر سکتے ہیں۔ انتخاب آپ کا ہے

Mutton biryani recipe | easy and delicious biryani | By Food and The Foodie

This biryani recipe is very quick,simple and easy.i made it with very simple ingredients and it tastes scrumptious 😋 so let's get started;



ingredients:

oil 3/4 cup garlic cloves handful onion 4 sliced mutton 1 kg turmeric 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp 2 glass water red chili powder 1 tbsp red chili flakes 2 tsp coriander powder 1 tbsp tomatoes 2 blended without skin biryani masala 2 tbsp coriander seeds 1 tbsp cumin seeds 1 tbsp ginger and green chilies chopped 2 tbsp 2 lemon sliced all spice powder 1/2 tsp

for layering:

mint leaves 4 tbsp yellow food color(mix with some water) ghee/clarified butter 2 tbsp Ingredients for rice: Rice 1 kg (soaked) Salt 1 tbsp Cinnamon stick 1 Black cardamom 2 Cloves 4 to 5 Black pepper 7 to 8 Star anise seeds 1 & 1/2 Bay leaves 2 to 3 Oil 1 tbsp Boil rice with all mentioned ingredients. When rice becomes 3/4 done Strain them.

Method:

In a pressure cooker add oil, onions, garlic and mutton fry until it changes color. add in salt and turmeric mix well add water, close lid. Cook for 20 minutes. (Time counts; when it starts to whistle) After that add in ,red chili powder, chili flakes, coriander powder. Mix well and cook couple of minutes. Then add in blended tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Now add in biryani masala; When oil starts to separate add cumin and coriander seeds and chopped ginger & green chilies. Mix well and at the end mix in all spice powder, lemon slices and off flame. Now start layering: First layer rice then meat again rice ,meat and then rice. At the top pour yellow food color and ghee. Let it simmer for 10 to 12 minutes. Then dish it out and serve to your guests or enjoy with your family. You can serve it with your favorite yoghurt raita or chatni.
